The units are updated, spotless with a balcony, bunk beds, for instance. The breakfast is tasty, and the location is excellent just off landmarks, so many restaurants, and shops, restaurants, bars and the Metro...

Clean hotel with helpful staff on request from the Reception staff. Excellent and favourable location for our visit to Prado National Museum a 10-15 minute walk from the property.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

Location is excellent...close to the best of a lot of things.
The WiFi signal is not that strong in some of the rooms. The breakfast in the morning was okay, but our table was not cleaned very well and the milk was downright rancid. I'd skip the breakfast.

Good central location and good sized room and comfortable bed.
Hotel was looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Room was a little worse for wear and in need of a few repairs. Windows should have far better soundproofing from street, especially considering the central location. Hotel very expensive for the level of quality.

The location is excellent, just steps away from major attractions and the metro, allowing easy exploration. Enjoying breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a great variety to choose from. While the room was comfortable, it did show signs of wear that could use refreshing. Particularly mentioned for their really good service.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the rooms are small but comfortable, and the breakfast is quite nice.
Our first room opened onto the street and was very noisy at night. When we changed to an interior room, it was much better. Overall, the hotel decor is getting a little shabby and worn.

This hotel is a proper fit for a trip in Madrid with good value. The staff were really helpful and made the check-in smooth. Be ready for a rather limited TV selection if you plan to watch while relaxing.

Couples, you'll love it!
Location is fantastic, right in the heart of things. The breakfast spread was very nice, you have fresh fruit, and churros with chocolate that still haunt my dreams.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth every cent.
